As the holiday season is approaching, we’d like to offer an overview of the availability of the Teiresias employees during this time for all those who’d be seeking our services.
Study section
During July and August the Studies section will be open on workdays between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. As it is vacation time, it is not possible to ensure that all employees will always be present. If you need to discuss something with a particular person, please arrange a meeting beforehand (via email or phone) to avoid unsuccessful visits of the Centre.

Library and publishing section
At least one member of the library section will be available in the Centre until July 26 and then from August 26 onwards.

Special IT section
At least one member of the section will be available throughout the summer. However, it is advised to arrange a meeting prior to your arrival to the Centre.

Availability of Teiresias Centre classrooms
The study rooms of the Teiresias Centre will be open 24 hours a day during the holidays as usual (i.e. booking the whole classroom). The possibility to book the whole classroom again will be launched on Friday 28 June 2024 at 4pm.
There will be some minor maintenance happening on a room-by-room basis throughout August, but the closure of any one classroom will not last more than one day. Current information will be available in the Timetable app on our website (teiresias.muni.cz/rozvrh). Kindly bear in mind that technical support won’t be available from July 8 to 12, 2024.
You have to make a reservation when using the study rooms. If you decide not to use the room or you leave earlier than planned, please cancel or adjust your reservation. By doing so, you’d help keep the information up to day for the others. Rules on using the study rooms are available here. We kindly ask you to follow them to the letter.
